I live in Switzerland and have already received several calls from this number. Caller pretends to be Microsoft from Washington and wants me to go to my computer and do some actions. I think that this is fake.

I just received a phone call from this number today. As Bob says, pretended to be Microsoft and wanted me to go to my computer.
After a while, they told me that my computer is infected and my software warranty for Microsoft has expired and that I have to renew my warranty for 200, 300 or 400 $.
They gave me a Bank Account Holder named Prawan Kumar Shaw so the suspicion is big that this is a fake and they just want your money.
So do not answer them!
