I don't think this number is trustworthy at all. They left a recorded message on my answering machine, saying that my prepaid Master card had been locked and that I'd have to "press 1" to unlock it. The thing is, I don't have a Master Card, so unless they made an error, I'm pretty sure this is some sort of scam.

Same thing just happened to me. I used my debit card to withdraw money. Two hours late this automated message said it was locked. I knew it wasn't true so I hung up. It wasn't locked there was no way it could be locked I know because I was the last one to use it. DO NOT ENTER YOUR 16 CARD NUMBER IF YOU HAVE ONE. THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU DO. I THOUGHT TWICE AND IM GLAD I DID!
