I've received multiple calls from 4695188676 with pre-recorded message that plays as soon as you answer the telephone with message about crime and security system on my cell phone. I've attempted to have my telephone number removed without success. Today I contacted Level 3 Communications, LLC - TX at 8772538353 and spoke with support person who referred me to company bandwidth.com and provided telephone number 855-864-7776 to report fraud and abuse. I contacted the telephone to request my phone number removed from their calling list but the recording states that they're unable to remove, however, if you click on link at the bottom of their website to Report Potential AUP Violation http://www.bandwidth.com/node/82/done?sid=35546 which I have done. I've also reported this company to fcc consumer complaints at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.

On my 4th phone call this week from this number. They start the call with an AUTOMATED message saying that the FBI indicates that burglaries occur all the time in my area. By this point I always hang up. If they know I hang up, why can't a customer service rep call me back, if it so legitimate and they have my best interest?
