Caller is an obvious scammer who attempted to gather personal data. Said he was calling on behalf of www.eesti.ee (Estonian government portal for citizens), claimed that someone unauthorized had accessed receivers page there, which obviously did not happen, and started asking questions about personal ID number, full name and such. Avoid at all costs
