The caller only spoke Mandarin, and despite being told they had the wrong number, they kept repeating themselves like a pre-recorded message. It became clear that they didn't even seem to know what they wanted, making the whole call feel disorganized and suspicious.

The caller ID showed iTalkBB, and after four persistent calls within a minute, the recipient finally answered. The caller claimed to be from iTalkBB customer service, asking for someone named Mr. Fu. This raised immediate suspicion, as the recipient had never used iTalkBB and didn’t know anyone by that name. Recognizing it as a likely scam, they hung up and blocked the number, dismissing the call as another fraudulent attempt to gain personal information under false pretenses.
