Called at around 9am at the medical office I work in. It was a robot doing the speaking, asked if my medical practice provider or someone who could speak on their behalf was available so I responded yes, then they proceeded to say something about a clinical registration for (and they mentioned someones name) and asked if I could provide their date of birth and theyd give me time to search for it. I immediately hung up and asked a coworker about it. This number is not trustworth.

This morning at 9:05 AM, I received a call asking if this was the office of my provider or if I was authorized to speak on their behalf. The number was unfamiliar, and from experience, I know to never say "Yes" to unknown callers, as it can sometimes be a tactic used for scams or unauthorized access.
To protect both my provider and myself, I immediately disconnected the call. I'm sharing this experience as a reminder for everyone to be cautious with unknown numbers.
