TA caller contacted me using the number I provided and talked to me about health insurance under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). I was not familiar with the abbreviation and was seeking financial assistance. The caller was impolite and disrespectful towards me. When I mentioned that I was already on Medicaid, he made a derogatory comment and asked how I could ask for something free when I was already getting it for free. I have worked my entire life, but due to my recent disability, I am no longer able to work. This is why I was seeking financial assistance.
