Call received at 4:51 pm on Monday July 25. Caller's message stated they were with Quest Healthcare in coordination with BCBS, my health insurance carrier. BCBS was apparently offering a new service to its members, and I was asked to return a call that day to 888.306.0615 x 105 for more information. I wondered about the timing of the call, so close to end of business hours. I did not return a call.
