Padi replied 8/17/20, 2:47 PMGot a call again this morning for the same thing. Past due for diagnostic lab. I didn't wait to hear how much this time. They also had all my information wrong especially the name I go by. LOL -

A woman called and claimed she was a debt collection agency for US Diagnostics and said we owed over $402 for "panel bloodwork". This is complete BS as we don't owe any money to anyone, much less US Diagnostics (which doesn't exist here, I should add).

Called stated I owed $380 from March of 2018. Stated it was for lab tests. Caller new my name, address and email. I confirmed with Quest Diagnostic and Labcorp that I did not have any outstanding bills. Insurance company also confirmed that no lab work was completed in same month. I asked the caller to call back so I could confirm and he never did.

Received call stating that I owed $370+ for lab work done via US Diagnostics out of Lakewood CO in April 2018. I informed the woman that I have not lived in CO since 2016 and she recited my current address, which was strange. I told her it didn't matter where I currently live, I filed bankruptcy in June 2018 and she hung up. I called the number back from another phone and got a recording with the same woman's voice asking to leave a detailed message. I am reporting the number to the BBB, as well as the 3 credit bureaus.

Woman called stated I owed for lab work in April 2018. Would not give name of medical office that ordered the tests. Had personal info of address and phone. Told me she would take me to court and that she had tried at least 4 times in many months to contact me. The clincher was she wanted to know which credit card I wanted to use to take care of it. Don't give them any info on your credit cards SCAM
