Caller stated that my records show I have taken Risperdal or some one in my house has. When I advised her that I was single and did not require Risperdal, She asked if anyone in the house took it. I advised her that her call violated Fed. Law by soliciting from a number on the do not call list and that I was a Police Major. She hung up. Call comes from Florida.

Called the number back. It's listed as a Florida number and I have applied for a few jobs in florida. The speaker is foreign. I told him that I just received a call from this number, he said it was one of his "colleagues" and that they have seen my medical records.
They say I may have taken respirdol. I said no. They said any other anti depressants. I said no.
They apologized and I hung up.
It's a scam. Don't fall for it, even if you have taken anti-depressants. -

Caller said that she knew that someone would have taken from my family a particular drug and you would now initiate a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer.
