This phone # 8008922253 is NOT Time Warner or Spectrum Services, it is a scammer! They said I qualified for an $100 rebate in the form of a "gift card" but I would need to pay the shipping fee. Their line is incoming and there was also an option for callers to sign up for new services, presumably to steal their info.

I have spectrum but they do not call unless it is for a survey after I have called concerning my account. I temporary disabled my voicemail so no message could be left from any scammers. They let it ring approximately 15 times before they hung up. There has been no service interruption and my account is at a zero balance. No reason for them to call.

Spoofed as Spectrum, but this was not a Spectrum call. Immediately started saying, press 1 for a special offer. Any call I’ve ever received from Spectrum has always immediately identified as such.

Got this call talking about interuption of service and saying that i may no longer need a service call because the interuption was fixed.. might be fine, IF my service was supposed to be for an interuption of service. it's not. it's for an install. second weird call from them and i'm not even installed yet.

you need to call them to put a "SPECIAL CODE" into their billing system to stop these telemarketing calls...I told them who says "oh my...yes I want telemarketer calls on my personal cell phone?" She didn't have an answer...and they called before 800 AM...yeah I am going to be cheery. -

I keep getting calls from this number saying they are Edison company calling about solar. When I tell them I do not own my house or ask to have my number removed from their calling list, they hang up on me. I know for a fact that they are NOT from the Edison company!
Sarah replied 2/15/17, 12:50 PMOops! I posted this comment for the wrong number! The one that says it is Edison is 800-655-4555.
However, I do keep getting calls from this number and no one responds when I answer. I've had three already this morning! I do not have a TW account, so there is no reason for them to be calling me. My phone has been on a do not call list forever! -

No decent company calls someone four times in four days: twice today. I not only called them, but I paid the bill and promised to pay the balance of fifty dollars on Dec. 1st. They also sent a letter I received today. They will start losing customers. I have friends that are disgusted with them, also. The customer service people sound like zombies now- no expression or feeling over the phone.
I just blocked their number. -

My sick, elderly mom is on the Do Not Call list. They Robo call constantly to hound her with "an important message" that usually turns out to be a Sales pitch. They have been told to stop. The calls keep coming. Where is the FCC? Why is this unenforceable? Enough!!

It's legit because I am late paying. I just wanted to say that Spectrum Internet sucks. I am paying for up to 200 Mbps but I am actually getting 6 Mbps speed. I wouldn't mind if the price was fair but it's not.
