    Second time [at least] I've gotten a call from this company. I called back and [again] told them it was a wrong number and they should correct their records - I don't want the customer to have her car repossessed because they have the wrong number on file. Representative told me the customer should have her record corrected. I replied "how could she know to correct the record if she's not getting the calls?"

    Also wondering why/how a Dallas dealer would have a customer in St Louis.

    "Customer had schedule to speak with them today before 5pm"
