    I received this robocall: "...this is forum research on behalf of the University of Toronto. We are conducting a survey on important issues in your community and we'd like your opinion. Qualified respondents will receive a $30 e gift card for completing the survey. Just use a touchpad on your phone to select your answers when prompted to see if you qualify."
