Most comments say that this numer is something to do with TD. I looked it up because it was on my call display. I had just saw someone from TD bank the day prior to make our account joint.
I find this interesting if they are saying this is a 3rd party survey co. I am furious that yet one more company gave out my personal info. I know bell canada gave out my address and name to a loan co. because it was the first time i got mail in that name after 26 years. It was in my maiden name I cant get them to stop sending me mail every week now for over 2 years and i tried everything to get them to stop. These co. shouldnt get away with this. -

they keep calling one extension that belonged to the former owner of the company.....very rude and actually hung up on me when I tried to explain that a new company in a different state now owns the company. Very rude when speaking to me also....they need to lose this number

This number is from a third party marketing company & they are hired to take customer service surveys for TD Bank, among other companies.
Some of these "3rd party" companies also engage in telescamming and use legitimate info from those companies that hired them. Best to ignore/block calls from this number. -

I received an uninvited call from this number [855-496-4285] & was already in a call so I didn't answer it. Upon looking it up via Google, I discovered this ID source. I do not have any connection with; TD Bank (Toronto Dominion Bank), MBNA, Fidelity Advisors, nor Bank Of America & so there's absolutely NO reason for any of them to call my private cell phone number whatsoever. My number is on the NO Call list & as a general rule, I never receive totally uninvited calls for no good reasons. If this number is a survey company for any of these banks, they have no business with me, & I'll make it known via the internet & sites like this, that they're unwelcome spam/scam/phishing type callers.

Pretty sure they are after your personal information. I read on the internet that mostly TD bank customers were called. Maybe there is a dataleak? (not the best reference for a bank, isn't it?)
