This person named Lisa Smith called me on 04/05/2021 and left me a voice mail to call her back from Champion Strategy Holdings. She called about a file forwarded to their company and made voice mail threats about legal action on the phone to me. Not okay. Tired of these types of people calling me

I received a call from a female claiming to be a "mediator" working for Champion Strategy Holdings on March 16, 2021. The individual initially gave a name of Lisa Smith in her telephone message left on my answering machine. The message left was "This is Lisa Smith calling from Champion Strategy Holdings. I'm calling in regards to a file that has been forwarded to our office for review. This is important that I receive a call back from you or your representation. Since this file is a time sensitive matter and recommendation must be submitted to your local County processor for to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please contact me at 877-311-2348 expedite your call to a mediator. Please press 1 now to speak with our mediators. You have been officially notified." Upon calling the number out of curiousity, the same person who left he message answered as Monica. She was very aggressive when told that she had called the wrong number. Lisa (or Monica) gave me the name and address of the person she was trying to contact. The address appears to have been to an apartment complex on Wellsbranch Parkway in Austin, Texas but did not include an apartment number. The address given was not my address. The named invidual does not live at my address. When instructed to remove my phone number from Champion Strategy Holdings list of numbers, Monica (Lisa) said she would refer the matter to her "legal department" and see what they would do about it. When told that she and her alleged company were violating 15 U.S.C. § 1692 –1692p, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (US statute) and Texas' Texas Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, she got hostile and said that her company was not in violation of those laws as those laws allow her to call different people looking for them. In this case, this was either a scam or an unethical debt collection a list of telephone numbers in an attempt to track a person down. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and with the Federal Trade Commission.

I had a voicemail from a Michelle Lewis stating she was calling from Champion Strategy Holding regarding a file sent to their office for review. She stated it was time sensitive and something about it being sent over to the county processor. When i called back to just see what it was, I spoke with a man name Borran David who shared I took some loan out in July of 2021 and owed money on it and they were suing me. I had no record of taking out this loan and it does not exist. They had the last four of my social and some other incorrect information. Watch out for these people, he tried to tell me I had to pay them $700 to stop any legal processes. I gave him no further information and am reporting this to help others. Be careful!!

They actually called from a local number(that's what showed up on my phone) and gave me a song and dance about a debt I took care of in 2012. It was fraud back then and I called tthe original company and took care of it back then.

Got a call from a Tina Mallory, same as details as everyone else. Also spoke with a Kenya Moore. Both threatening that if a payday loan in my husband's name from 8 years ago was not settled immediately that legal action would be taken. They had so much personal information, I almost fell for it!!

Unbelievably Rude & Same Scams being talked about above....some debt from a bank I hadn't heard of that I owed from 1997...(23 years ago)...These people need to be investigated...their tactics are off the charts....They already had my SS#...They threatened me with legal proceedings....How do people like that sleep... Sad ...especially in these already crazy times.

Also, press "1" to speak with a mediator! Doesn't mention me or anyone in our house by name!! Number she called from was 570-694-5031, but the call back number was the 855-623-6065. When I looked up the 570 number, no name associated with it! Shocker!!!

Caller was robot named Kenya Moore. did not give name of who they were calling for. said if I/we didn't call back by the end of the day they were turning over this phantom debt to a process server. I work for the court, debt collection doesn't go down that way.

Received a call from Kenya Moore I had my screening service from Google answer/record message.
A file forwarded to CSH time sensitive if I don't respond it will be turned over to the local county processor.
I called back they wouldn't give me any information because I wouldn't give them my birthdate or social security number. My answer to every question they ask was "I don't know." they got frustrated, yelled I laughed at them and hung up.Leah replied 9/28/20, 9:23 PMI received the same exact call from Kenya Moore about an hour ago. She sounded a bit intimidating but after reading all these reviews, I’m glad I didn’t answer.Thonda replied 10/19/20, 2:10 PMI got the same call today from same person . It's got to be a scam . Normal people don't act like that when you won't give them your information. -

Got a text about last chance to settle debt. Called the number and spoke with someone who was fumbling all over the place verbally. He said something about Cashmere being the debtor. He transferred me to some other guy who wanted me to verify my birthdate. I told him no,asked who is this and what company. He said CH Mediation was the debtor and asked my birthday and asked me to stop talking!! Welp that didnot sit well with me. I yelled back, told him to kiss off and hung up. Blocked number as well!!

Text message regarding attempts to contact me but this is the first I’m hearing of it. Called the number back from a masked number and they are a predatory third tier debt collection agency who obviously bought a list of already settled debt and are trying to trick people into paying again. These companies are truly despicable, trying to make money off of scaring people at the lowest socioeconomic rung. Pathetic.

I just received my third voicemail in 4 business days from Liz Proctor. Guess what, "Liz"? A person doesn't forfeit their rights by not returning a phone call. What if you called the wrong number? And who exactly is it that you're trying to reach? And how come I've received nothing in the mail regarding this matter? Mail is the way a legit business, like a real debt collector, will contact you. If you were a legit debt collector, you would identify yourself as such and state in your voicemail that it's an attempt to collect a debt... do you know why? Because that's what is legally required of a debt collector. If you're not a debt collector, it's not up to me to research you and find out what you might want from me. You need to state who you're looking for and what it's about, or you can forget about anyone calling you back. Oh, and if it's a legit legal matter, I fully expect to hear from an actual law firm. Consider yourself blocked, "Liz".

I received a fraud call from Kenya Moore at this phone number. I was transferred to a man who was not able to provide an account number for the supposed account. He said that he thought that it was for a credit card and started with a "3". That was when I knew it was a scam.
