They charged my mother's phone so we call them back to understand what was happening and they said that she won a "prize". Then a voice said us to press 2# to subscribe so we just hang up. It must be a scam so don't answer if they call you!! this happened also to someone else?

It's a reverse scam. By unsubscribing you imply that you did subscribe. Should you try to fight the fee, they will show proof that you pressed '2' to unsubscribe. Your bank will then ask you "If you got scammed, why did you unsubscribe?". This is incredible!
