This call was from CARE, an international charity that I have supported for many years. I called it back, as there was no voice when I answered. It was indeed CARE, and the operator thanked me for returning the call.

Just so you peeps know. This is a fund raising telemarketing firm for Non-Profit organizations. Yes these calls are a drag, but if you call them back and hang on long enough there is an option to opt out of future calls.
