I've called before to seek help and to complain about this harassment calls. They call 4 times a day for over a month now. Sometimes they use number 201 546 5645 to trick us to answering. When you answer the phone calls there is a long pause..no answer. We are seniors and these calls are harassing us. Please help stop now. We want to give you our email number but we can't trust no one anymore.

This number has called me 11 times in 3 days. The last straw was one they called me after 8:45PM. A real company does NOT call out that late. This is a scam or fraud number, likely to remind you that you have an overdue bill and to collect your information. Also, if you think it's CitiBank, go to Best Buy's website and call them with the number provided on their official website. Currently it's 1-888-BEST-BUY for customer support and 1-888-574-1301 for Best Buy Credit (CitiBank).

I called best buy citibank directly after receiving this call. This is a fraudulent number. Don't answer don't give your info out. Do call citibank directly. You can find the number on the best buy website. Check if an an account was opened in your name or a pending application is being processed with their security department. For the record I do not own a best buy card. Citibank verified this number doesn't belong to them

received a call asking for a man who wasn't available then asked for the spouse and when I asked what their call was regarding the person hung up.
I called them back and the lady that answered asked for my citibank account number. I told her I didn't have one. Then she asked for my Best Buy account. I told her I didn't have one and she hung up on me. -

This number has called me 23 times in 5 days. When I answer it's a half finished recorded message about my Best Buy account, which is current, and they never leave a message. They called me early as 7am and late as 10pm. Unreal!!

They called me today 3 times so far, every 3 hours according to my caller ID, which shows "Toll Free Number" and then the phone number. 1st call went to answering machine, 2nd call they didn't leave a message, 3rd call I hit "talk" and then immediately hit "off". It's coming from CitiBank for Best Buy, my payment isn't due until the 28th....where do they get off calling me BEFORE my payment is due?? TOTAL HARASSMENT!!

This number calls 2-3 times a day. Caller ID shows 800-service, so I won't pick. It goes to voice mail and they never leave a message. One time a similar number called and they left a message to call Citi. I never call back. I've read that it's a scam of some sort. Comcast allows me to block selected numbers, so I added the number to that blocked list. Let's see if that works.

Not sure what people on this site are complaining about. This is a legitimate phone number.
I have a best buy card which is apparently through citi bank.
I forgot to make some payments and they called to remind me about this fact.
They should be able to pull up your account with your phone number if you feel iffy about providing your social.
If you still don't trust the number you may want to consider checking your account balances for any credit cards you have in your name.
