I have these losers blocked. They must google statute of limitations because if over two years they cannot get any money back unless you admit the debt on the phone then the statute limitations starts again, just tell them to f off then hang up, never answer any questions. The one time the guy asked for my S I N number to verify who I was, if you give that they will gauranshee your wages because they will find out if you work. If you on ODSP, OW or on a pension they cannot get a dime from you even if a judgement against you.

They left a message about calling about medical care and it was imperative that I call!! I’m currently healing from emergency surgery from 3 months ago and all my medical care is covered!! I don’t understand how they would know that I’m injured to get me to call them!!
It’s despicable that they are using something like this tragedy that has been so difficult to go through and has deeply effected myself and my family!! And I know it has nothing to do with my medical care as they were using an older last name!!

They left a message saying that I need to call back,as it is very important,they gave me a file numberand that they needed to clarify some information. They said that that were calling from BCAA.
I called them and told him that I will go to BCAA office. He was very rude.ty42u -

I get quite a few calls from collection agencies looking for some guy I dont know. We have had our phone number over 15 years so I guess he just made up a number to use for credit applications. I know from experience, if you ignore the recorded message they will just keep calling back, so I called and gave the file number, and explained its not his phone number and we dont have any info about him. Very polite person thanked me and said he would remove our number from their records. Havent had another call from DCA so I guess he did do that. -

I have asked this company SEVERAL times to remove me from their calling list as they keep spamming my voice mail asking for someone that is not me. They have committed to removing me from their calling lists every time, but fail to do so. This harassment is becoming a nuisance as it is affecting my work life and my relationship with my superiors. Being interrupted in the middle of my workday is reasonably frowned upon by my employer.
