This number has called me 3 times today. Finally on the 3rd call I answered. Robo call saying survey on my recent experience with AT&T. The only recent experience I have had is paying my bill. It said to press one to participate in survey or just hang up if not interested. I hung up. Not sure I trust this as I have had no recent experience with them.

Also received 4 calls today from this number after ATT tech came to fix VOIP yesterday. My NoMoreRobo call service senses it and blocks it as if its a robo call, so it just rings once and that's it. Likely innocuous call from att to follow up on service.

ATT ROBO CALL, Started receiving calls from 888-211-7690 after a tech came to repair my line from a lightning strike. Yesterday alone, I received 4 calls not to mention the other annoying calls from middle eastern phishing scammers trying to lure me into going to their web-site to take remote control of my computers.

To get credit for internet I called this Company, now they call for survey how well they FIXED problem, NOT...still waiting to see $$$ credit on my statements... Do not use ATT for anything!
