I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM 1 888-444-9907. THE LADY CONNECTED ME TO A REP AT LIBERTY MUTUAL AND MAY HAVE HUNG UP. I DO, IN FACT, HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH LIBERTY AND I DO OWE A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO THEM AND MY ACCOUNT IS SCHEDULED TO BE CANCELLED. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. MY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE GENTLEMEN FROM LIBERTY, COULD NOT VERIFY THE WOMEN WHO CALLED AND CONNECTED ME. HE COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT AGENCY SHE WAS FROM OR IF SHE WORKS FOR LIBERTY. HE COULD NOT VERIFY THE NUMBER SHE CALLED ME FROM. HE JUST ASKED ME MY NAME AND ADDRESS TO VERIFY I WAS WHO I SAY I WAS. THAT WAS A RED FLAG FOR ME. I THOUGHT IT BEST TO HANG UP AND CALL LIBERTY MUTUAL MYSELF.

Received call asking to connect me to Liberty Mutual Insurance about my expiring policy and that she would connect me to a rep. I declined and hung up. I know they do not contact by phone concerning an expiring policy. They have to contact you by mail.. i.e. - paper mail or e-mail. Scam number be warned.
