The scammer pretending to be TD Credit Card Company, asks another scammer from India that worked for their fraud organization to deliver it to an address that is not my mailing address.
The scam letter pretended to be the TD Canada Trust and forged a letter that looked like TD Canada Trust. The forged TD Canada Trust Letter has a TD Logo, except the mailing address is not TD Canada Trust Mailing address. The letter was returned to the scammers. The scammer tries to persuade you to call them back and collect your personal information over the phone before putting you in a chain of trouble. Why don't the government and law enforcement agencies punish these scammers?
