Caller ID not shown on Caller ID....only caller number. Research shows this is from Humana Prescription service. I recently switched my Medicare part D prescription service provider to Humana... VERY SORRY I DID THIS, a big mistake. I have refused their offer for mail order prescription service and the calls just keep coming ???? and keep coming ????. Be so glad when the available date rolls around later this
year so I can select a different drug plan carrier. -

This is actually Right Source's enrollment department (888-538-2518). They are the mail order service for the Humana prescription drug plans. Once you enroll in one of Humana's drug plans, they contact you to set everything up and to pass along information, and they are persistent. They also use the same number to contact you in the future. Unfortunately because it is a front-end auto-dialing system, there is a delay before you are transferred to a live person, and it doesn't leave any voice-mail message if you don't pick up. They also use "Toll Free Caller" as the generic ID which I've told them is very poor, but I can tell that won't be changed. I actually called Right Source at the number shown on their website and that representative transferred me to this number so that I could finally talk to them and stop the calls. It must cost more to change the generic ID on the auto-dialer they use.

Caller name came up as one of the vendors at my workplace. When I answered, she asked if it was me, then started in about Medicare and Humana and wanted to talk to me for "a few minutes". I told her I was at work and tried to hang up. She then mentioned calling the number on the back of my Humana RX card. I said okay, then hung up.

It is a legit number, and call.
If your medication provider is Humana, you may receive a call from this number offering home delivery services. I do not consider that Telemarketing, but part of their service.too persistant replied 10/21/20, 1:06 AMif you return the call and tell them NO they just keep calling. I call this harassment. It is not proper marketing. Now they left a message with another person's name at the beginning to get you to call and report that they called with the wrong name. Haha... Accidentally on purpose. This is not a mistake it is intentional. BOGUS Marketing practices. With the USPS providing slower and slower service who would want their prescriptions by mail? -

Yep, it's humanas prescription line. They sent me a notice in the mail saying I could save $$ getting prescriptions mailed to me. I checked out the website but I never agreed for them to call me. The savings was $1.08 I'm not going through all that for a dollar savings.

Even if this is Humana, they are not reputable. They ID as "NOT PROVIDED" rather than Humana on caller ID. I have repeatedly told Humana and this number that I do not want this drug service or to be contacted by phone and they continue to call.

Got call from this number Said he was calling about refills. He asked for birthday info. I told him usually when HUMANA calls its a recording first then you press one to talk to someone. So I told him no dice he said thanks and hung up.

Unfortunately there are still some of our elderly that know no stranger. I've had 9 calls in thE past month from this exact number and I know there were more but I'd cleared my calls before june 1st. There was one day I had 3 calls in one day, the 3rd call I picked up and told them to take my number out of there system, that they were harassing me and Do Not Call This Number Again. I've blocked there calls now. Thank God for Blocking capabilities. -

I received a call from 888-538-3518 on 3-30, 4-6 minutes, 4-19 for 3 minutes, 4-22 for 3 minutes, 4-25, 4-28, 5-2, and 5-5. During the 6 min call, I politely informed the American lady that I did not need a prescription drug plan because I do not use perscription drugs and told her to have a nice day. They're relentless!
Being that they address me as Maggie Cos (Cosmo Magazine), I know exactly where they're getting my info from and I've canceled my subscription. -

pharmacy crap from humana...I have and use cm security a "free" and I mean free app for my cell that screens calls..it will reject ALL calls not on your contact list. hasn't failed me yet.I figured this was humana by all feedback on number I googled....try cm security, you won't be sorry...I am not an employee for them..I have been using this app for 4 yrs..love it!

Regrettably I signed up for Humana Part D Medicare to begin 1-1-15. They have no business calling me, yet they have been including now at 2PM on Christmas Eve. I called Humana and they said the calls from them would stop.
