I live in Germany and received a call from a U.S. number. Out of curiosity, I answered, only to hear an automated message in German, despite it being an American number. The message said, "I am calling you for a job, please contact me on WhatsApp," before abruptly hanging up. I checked, and the number is also on WhatsApp. I strongly advise against responding. Just block and report it—this has all the signs of a scam.
