    Apparently they switched contracts because they just called me offering me Telus services at a crazy discounted rate. Even offered me a $50 credit if I let them cancel my current contract with Shaw. Very aggressive marketing.

    I set with Shaw a few days ago they answered every call right away...now that it’s set up of course just like TELUS, I’m on hold forever.. or call back at random time. The employee is supper unprofessional, answering me kind he doesn’t understand my questions which are very simple. “Is Shaw go wifi included with my home service and how do I set it up if so...” he just says “all internet users can” ... long pause.. oh that’s all he’s saying. I re-word the question.. etc etc
