   800-459-8451. Their name is Joseph. Sounded suspicious.

   Received a phone call from 800-988-8019 yesterday but did not answer as I screen all calls and only answer known numbers. Then today got a text indicating my Wells Fargo card had a payment past due. Did not respond to that either as I don't now nor ever had a Wells Fargo account nor card of any type. Did a search for this number and found several websites with people reporting this to be a scam.

   This number both texted and called me saying they are from Wells Fargo about a supposed unpaid balance on a Wells Fargo credit card. Not true. I believe this to be a scam and reported it to Wells Fargo.
   
   I don’t know who they are.
   The reason for call was to gain info from or about me.

   These people are very good at being very bad! They act like they are calling from WF and trying to help you with fraudulent or suspicious charges. The REAL WELLS FARGO WILL NEVER CALL YOU!! You have to call them!!

    Beware of this #
    They'll day that they're from Wells Fargo fraud department. They even have the correct Wells Fargo music playing to sound very legit. First thing they're after is your acct #. Eventually they'll work you & ask you yo confirm your pin # Total scam.
    Beware of these are bad people
