I never leave reviews but thought that for this occasion I had to. Lady answering calls is very unprofessional. My dealing with this company was through my home warranty company. Two techs came out and all was good. Showed them the unit that had an issue. For some reason when they reported the issue to the Warranty company they stated 2 units were checked. I called back to confirm why 2 units if only 1 was having a problem. Right away the lady started yelling at me, calling me names, stating that my mother and wife are female dogs. I have never been treated this way. I would run, not walk away from this company. If they try to deny I have a recording of our entire conversation. Reported back to Home Warranty company and they will no longer be using them as well.
