Got SMS when I signed-up and cancelled membership from justanswer (a scamming website). I replied on that SMS and my outgoing text got charged from my cellphone (even though i have unlimited text messages).
Sucked in client replied 3/22/23, 8:17 AMThis is definitely a cost trap. JustAnswer came up as the top search when I was looking for Microsoft Support for assistance with software I have a subscription for. They answered my question and then next thing I knew, they had charged me CDN$66 and had signed me up for a subscription costing CDN$66 per month. I am supposed to be getting a rebate for the CDN$132 in overcharges related to the subscription I did not sign up for. Hopefully it will come. However, the next time I google search for Microsoft support, I will be wary of JustAnswer's nefarious tactics. -

This number is associated with a scam. I was charged $1.00 then another $28.00 on my card back to back. Researching online, it states it’s for cyber doctor visits as the company “justanswer.com”.
I received this following message:
***This message confirms your membership cancellation. You won't be charged again. If you feel there has been some mistake or to reactivate your membership, call 1-800-349-0230 at any time. Text HELP for help and STOP to end***
But notice,they text as one number but appears as a 1-800 number. Watch your statements closely!!!
