TrueCaller will identify it and block so it won't ring, and if it is a maybe spammer, you can block on your iPhone using standard block under settings... -

This is a collection agency calling. They actually are legit and contacted me regarding a debt, I in fact did owe.

just got a call from Christine, she asked for my full name I told her he was not available and asked her for her personal and a date and she refused. I asked what call was about she said she could not give me the info so I insisted on a date then she hanged up. How the hell they got my number.

Supposedly i owe progressive insurance (which i am currently still active with them) i asked for my policy number..guess what??? Definitely not my policy number w progressive. I kindly said "im sorry to tell you but that is not my number and there are too many numbers you had added along w a few letters...who are you again?" Of course they hung up. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

This number, 603-570-4413, called me several times in the same week. It is CCS, a debt collector. When I answered, the other end rang as if I was dialing out. When a human came on the line, she rudely asked me for my full name. I asked her the name of the company. She asked me again for my name without identifying her agency. I reminded her that they called me an should know whom they are calling. She hung up.

I usually don't answer numbers that I don't know, especially if they're from another state. This came from Portsmouth, NH. When I answered the phone began ringing as if I was placing a call, then somebody picked up. They ask for me by my full name, but very quickly rambled and an inaudible name when identifying themselves. I asked, "who is this again?" They replied, "This is a personal business matter for," and again said my full name. If they do not want to tell me who they are, then I'm sure not about to tell them that they have the correct number. Calling my phone, asking me who I am, but not telling me who they are. That is BS.

I answered when this number called, then it rang like I was dialing out so it's obviously automated and when they answered they asked for me and I told them they had the wrong number lol, who knows who they are but they don't need to know who I am, I get enough annoying calls! They said they would update their information, though I doubt they will!
