There's nothing trustworthy about this number. It is a spam/telemarketer call, but the shear volume of those calls and the inability to block the number and the recorded voicemails raises it to the level of HARASSMENT CALLS! I've had 19 calls in 4 weeks! The call themselves the FCA, as in Fiat Chrysler Automotive. Except when I called Fiat Chrysler Auto Corporate offices, they know NOTHING about it. They said that if they were contacting customers about needed services like airbag replacements due to a recall, they would either send you something via USPS or an email. THERE WOULD BE NO PHONE CALL!

Just called this number back as we are getting upwards of 14 calls a day. They say they are FIAT Chrysler Recall Division. Funny I work for a dealership and we do not receive recall notices via telephone calls. They are always letter to the customer direct or through our Chrysler Services Web information.
