Investigator Eric reported United Health Care with the number 8442907999 as Harassment calls
844-290-7999 called on October 11th, 12th, and 13th each time leaving a message saying "We have an important message from United Health Care, please return our call at 844-316-8434". I called back on the 12th, they asked me my name, DOB, & phone number. They started going through my list of prescriptions & asked me if I would consider switching to mail order, I made it very clear that I would not, and after the second one I made it clear I would not ever get any of my meds via mail order and let him know I wanted to end the call, so we did politely on both ends. I returned their call the next day and they started doing the same thing, I told him I had just done that but he insisted in going on. So after he listed the first med and asked if I wanted to switch it to mail order, I said NO & I don't want to hear from you folks again & I hung up! Then I logged into my TelCo & set up a filter to forward all incoming calls from 844-290-7999 to 844-316-8434. Now my insurance company can waste their own time instead of mine.
