Called claiming to be Regence Healthcare and reminding me to schedule an annual wellness visit with my primary doctor, offering to assist me in getting a visit scheduled. Told them I already had an appointment scheduled but then they wanted my doctor's name and my info to "enter it into our computer." Told them my primary doctor is already on file with them and they abruptly said thank you and hung up

My phone identified this number as potential spam. They left a voice mail from "Jenna at Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, a (my state) PPO. Please return call to 844-432-5396". I called Regence BC/BS customer service and this is not one of their contact numbers. This number has called twice before in the last 6 months.
