they call you while they have the company of debt on the other line. they pose as you with the company and when company tries to send a security code they put you on hold saying they are checking the text msg when in fact they go back to the client saying they just send a txt code to authenticate and then they proceed to tell you they can cut that debt in half when in fact is all a scam
